How do we account as your IT service provider?

Billing per time account. You have a fixed amount of hours per month and it is possible to transfer hours to future months. You only pay the services that were actually provided.

When can you reach us?

The availability can go beyond the usual core times. Core hours are between 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.

Is there any immediate help in case of emergency?

Our emergency technician assists you via remote maintenance or with complex issues directly at your location. In the Munich Area, our response times are between 30 to 120 minutes. Furthermore, an additional availability in case of emergency can be set up outside our non-core hours.

Who do I reach by a call?

By calling one of our extensions, you are connected to the preferred department. We make sure that you are always connected with your personal contact partners.

Are there activity reports for the works performed?

You receive detailed activity reports for each work done. We attach importance to transparency of our work. Even non-specialist clients get the chance to maintain control of our work.

I would like to enquire about the status of my orders.

Our information system informs our customers about all open processes. Our customers can also reach us via the Customer Care Center AMS.

How do you perform IT maintenance?

Goserver creates IT concepts in collaboration with the customers and works temporary in order to avoid costs of major renewals of the systems. Investment plans are presented cyclically to protect you from surprising investments.

Are there any additional services and products beyond IT maintenance??

You can contact us as your service provider in all IT matters. Due to our size we are able to cover all standard requirements of companies between 20 to 1000 workplaces. Even in case of new requests like Industry 4.0, Internet of Things and private cloud solutions we function as your competent contact.
